Care of your Jewellery

All jewellery should be removed when:

• going to bed
• swimming
• showering

Apply perfume, deodorants and hairspray BEFORE putting on your jewellery

92.5% Sterling Silver may tarnish with certain types of skin acidity, therefore you should wipe your silver regularly with an approved silver cloth (other cloths may scratch the surface of your silver) to avoid tarnishing

Unfasten all chains and roll into a circle for storage to avoid pinching

Pearls like to be worn regularly as body oils keep them shining

Crystals and semi-precious stones will dull if exposed to excessive heat or chemicals

Our Warranty

• All Essjai Jewellery is covered by a six month warranty against manufacturers defects from the date of purchase.  Normal wear and tear is not included under warranty
• All bags, wallets and other leather goods are covered by a six month warranty against defects in workmanship.  Normal wear and tear is not included under warranty
• Wraps and scarves can be exchanged or a refund considered, within six months of purchase, on evidence of faulty workmanship and where washing instructions have been followed.  Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty
